Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at thedizzydaisy.net or by phone at (714) 289-1123 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, Sun Closed).
Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Orange?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery in Orange for orders placed before 2:00pm. May be available later, just give us a call.
How much does flower delivery cost in Orange?
Delivery fees vary depending on the location and distance. At checkout, you’ll see the exact cost for your area. Zip code 92866 $8.99 all other Orange zips $10.99. Our delivery fee increase as they expand through the OC
Do you do timed deliveries?
We are not able to guarantee timed deliveries due to Funerals, Weddings, and Events. You are welcome to include working hours in the special instructions, and we will do our best to deliver within that window. Most deliveries will be done by 4PM each day.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision. Add your request in the "special instructions" area of your order.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts, balloons, candy, bears and more, please visit our "Gifts" tab to see what we have in stock. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
Can I add a personalized message or card to my flower order?
Yes, absolutely—adding a personalized message or card is one of the easiest ways to make your delivery extra special. At checkout, you’ll find a dedicated field to type in your custom message. For an even more memorable touch, we offer a video message option: simply upload a short video via our secure form at checkout.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals?
Yes, we deliver to hospitals and Care facilities. Please note, we need a bed number and we kindly request that you call the hospital before placing the order to ensure that the patient is allowed to receive flowers. Many units do not allow deliveries. ALSO, CHOC Hospital is Very Very strict and most floors do not allow gifts for the patients safety. **Note, please do not order for delivery on the patient's release date. If they are being released that day, we suggest a home delivery to ensure the patient receives their flowers/gifts**
Do you deliver to apartments and businesses?
Yes. Please provide the apartment number, business unit, gate codes or if you would prefer us to leave it with the front desk or leasing office. If one of theses is not provided we may charge an additional delivery or time fee.
Do you deliver to gated communities?
We deliver to gated communities, but please provide all pertinent information (Gate codes, etc) in the special instructions section when ordering. Some communities with live guards will not allow a delivery without the recipient being home, or our shop name being added to their approved list, so we advise calling either the recipient, or the community to check their policies prior to ordering. If we are not allowed to deliver due to community policies, a re-delivery fee may apply.
Do you deliver to Chapman University?
Yes, we do deliver to Chapman. If your student is in the dorms, we are NOT able to deliver directly to the dorm, but have been advised to deliver to the Mailroom as long as we have the CMB number (Campus Mailbox), so please provide that in special instructions to ensure delivery. Mailroom is open ONLY Monday-Friday and closed on weekends. We are NOT able to deliver anywhere inside the campus (classrooms, dorms, offices, etc), off campus offices are ok.
Do you call the recipient prior to delivery?
We do not call recipients prior to delivery by default. We *may* call the recipient if we are having issues with delivery while we are at their location. We are happy to do a call prior upon request.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe spot. You may request that we call and set up a time for delivery if you would prefer the recipient is home for the delivery (Not available for Valentine's and Mother's Day).
Can I order a flower subscription?
Yes, our flower subscription service is a game-changer for effortless, fresh blooms delivered straight to your door—perfect for treating yourself or gifting ongoing joy without the hassle. You can choose your budget, frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly), and first delivery date on our subscriptions page.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments (accounts only) and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and appliances (TV, Stove) to extend their life.
