It was my first time making a purchase at The Dizzy Daisy. Let me tell you, they impressed me big time. The lady who helped me nailed it 100%. I was so happy for such a beautiful arrangement. I will recommend them without hesitation.

Ordered flowers for my bestie long distance because we live in different states. The gal who helped me over the phone was very nice and I told her how much I could spend and that I trusted her to do the best she could with that amount. They did an amazing job! The flowers were beautiful and my best friend said they were some of the prettiest flowers she ever received. Score! Thanks to The Dizzy Daisy for such an awesome job! Won't hesitate to use them again in the future. :)

Last year when I ordered flowers for my mother, you emailed a picture to me. I really liked the picture and it's the reason I ordered again this year. So I really wished I had been sent a picture again. I don't know what the bouquet looked like. ---- Florist's Response: Hi Dana, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! I understand the disappointment of not receiving the photo like you have in the past when ordering on a regular day. Unfortunately we are unable to send out pictures for both the Mother's Day holiday weekend and Valentine's day. We had hundreds of orders go out between Friday - Sunday, Sending all the photos will crash our website. We did not send out a single photo the whole weekend as it is a disclaimer we put on our website for that reason. We do our very best to send bloomsnaps the rest of the year. We know you order with us over the phone but your email did say that you looked at our website before your ordered with us, I'm sorry if we did not make that clear on our site. We appreciate your feedback and will do our best to be more clear during our holidays.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
