I was absolutely delighted with the beautiful flower arrangement. I was ordering from Australia to have flowers delivered in America, and the lovely staff member who helped me was so kind, patient and caring. She made me feel completely at ease and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The roses were absolutely beautiful and made such an impression that his whole clinic was filled with roses, and even his staff commented on how lovely they were. ?❤️ Knowing that the flowers brought so much warmth and happiness made it even more special for me. Thank you for making it possible for me to send something so meaningful from Australia all the way to America. Your kindness and care made the whole experience truly memorable.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
