First time customer, ordered a very nice rose package for my boo cakes and she was so happy with the surprise. Great flowers and great service. You can also track the delivery guy which is a very nice touch when you get them delivered. They also send you a picture of your flowers before they are delivered which is great.

The flowers were beautiful my wife and I are very pleased with everything.
I called to informed you that we will be out and if they were been prepared or on the way but they unable to tell me anything about it.

My subjection is to have a tracking method for the status of the order, is been prepare, is in route or ETA.
Im also aware that we were one of the many order for that special day that you had to deliver but I still think you can have a type of easy tracking way. Thank you.
